We are prepared for everything
We offer complete state-of-the-art prepress facilities with services ranging from digital scanning, typesetting, and page layout to imaging.
In most cases we use CtP technology – we print from digital material ready to be transferred to printing plates.
Our printing house is equipped with the Heidelberg Computer to Plate system. Printing plates are prepared according to photopolymer technology. Imposition image compiled in Signa Station programme is interpreted by MetaDimension software and then translated to impulses by Prinect MetaShooter software which operates the Prosetter 102 platesetter. We expose Kodak T-77 photopolymer plates, which offer qulatity comparable to silver plates. Our CtP System generates color and imposition proofs that allow our customers full control over the editing and colors.
You can upload your job (digital files) by logging in to our FTP server ftp://ftp.rm.com.pl; user name: prepress, password: rotobinder. Needles to say, we also accept jobs supplied on traditional media (CDR, CDRW, DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW).

In addition we have facilities – film stripping, make-up and copy lab – that enable us to accept films and prepare the printing plates according to the conventional photographic method.Regardless of the applied technology our customers are provided with off-press color proofs or ozalids therefore they always have the opportunity to view and approve the project for printing. |
